Need to Cancel?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Tan FX Saskatchewan and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
24 Hour Policy
Tan FX Tanning Studio & Boutique believes strongly in ensuring all of our clients are tanning smart. With this belief in mind, Tan FX Tanning Studio & Boutique has implemented a policy whereby clients will be required to wait a minimum 24 hours before each tanning session. Please be respectful of Tan FX staff as they communicate this policy.
